OUT & ABOUT

An inspiring evening celebrating
Women Leading the Future of Medicine

Women are shaping the future of healthcare and leading innovation, education and reform across all facets of the profession. This was the focus of Women Leading the Future of Medicine, an AMA (WA) event held in the elegant city rooms of Lavan, our presenting partner. We thank everyone who joined us for this inspiring evening.

WA Health Director General Dr Shirley Bowen, RACGP Vice President Dr Ramya Raman, and Australian Digital Health Agency Chief Clinical Adviser (Medicine) Dr Amandeep Hansra shared their experiences and insights on innovation, adaptability and leadership in healthcare. The conversation was moderated by Lavan’s Family & Clients Partner Framy Anne Browne, keeping the discussion
lively and thought-provoking throughout.

Dr Mary Wyatt, Chair of the AMA (WA) General Practice Group, opened the event, setting the tone for an evening that celebrated leadership, progress and collaboration. Following the panel discussion, guests had the opportunity to network and continue the conversation over drinks.

The AMA (WA) thanks our speakers for their time and insights, and our partners – Lavan, MDA National, AMA Financial Services, Plantagenet Wines and Luxe Designer Fashion Hire – for their generous support in making this event possible.
