We are delighted that St John of God Health Care ranked in the top three of all health service providers, across all key categories in the AMA (WA) 2025 HHC.

This outstanding result reflects our strong performance across several areas, including an A+ rating from DiTs when asked if they would recommend working with us. It’s a great reflection of our people and values-driven culture that we’re proud of.

We appreciate the DiTs who are helping to build our reputation as a top destination for career development. Our intern program offers them a comprehensive approach to their education, experience and wellbeing, as well as the opportunity to be a part of a Mission and Values driven organisation.

We appreciate the doctors in training who are helping to build our reputation as a top destination for career development. Our intern program offers them a comprehensive approach to their education, experience and wellbeing.

While these results are outstanding, we acknowledge that there is always more work to do. We will continue to improve and evolve as we invest in equipping the next generation of doctors with the skills and experiences necessary for the future.

Recently, we launched our new strategy which reaffirms our commitment to placing caregivers at the heart of our organisation. Through investment in our caregivers’ wellbeing and professional development, we will continue to make St John of God Health Care a great place to work.

People are at the centre of St John of God Health Care’s vision for the future – the people we care for, our caregivers, and those we partner with. This also includes the people in the communities we are part of, and people who are vulnerable, disadvantaged and most in need.

Every moment matters. Compassionate, committed and connected care recognises that every interaction, in every moment of life, with every person we encounter every day, is an opportunity for care with far-reaching impact – and to achieve this we need a thriving workforce.
